During our stay in Qili Bali, I asked a lot of questions. The little brothers and sisters at the front desk answered us patiently. Although the floor is not high, the room is very quiet. It is not recommended to live on the riverside, because basically you need to walk in the ancient city. It’s only a long way to get in, and it’s very humid and there are many bugs. It’s just right away from the ancient city and you can park your car. It’s also convenient to eat and drink~~

It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the Tuojiang River to see the scenery, which is very convenient. There is an underground parking lot. Drive on the small road to the left of the hotel and you will reach the car elevator. The front desk staff are warm and polite, not afraid of trouble, considerate to customers, and make people feel happy. The hotel rooms may have small windows due to the limitations of the architecture, but they have a unique style. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, allowing guests to place more places for loose items and easy to use. The toilet and the shower room are separated into one, and the water in the shower room is a bit poor. The washbasin is open and bright. There is a dryer in the room, which is easy to use, but it takes longer. There is no full-length mirror in the room. The hotel’s breakfast is delivered to the room, with photos attached, some are not enough, especially those with a larger appetite. In particular, the security guards of car elevators are also friendly. Overall it feels good.

酒店有地下停車庫，可以乘電梯直接上樓，不用在石板路上拖着行李艱難行走，極大的方便了自駕遊客人。房間還配有智能烘乾機，在湘西這樣潮濕的地方，這樣的設備給長途自駕的遊客帶來了很大的便捷。 雖然對酒店總體滿意，昨天給了全五分，又續訂了一天。但還是想提一點意見。酒店前台應該對周圍地形更熟悉一些，給外地自駕游來客提供一點行程便利。我們根據導航已經走到離酒店僅100多米的交叉路口，導航讓向右拐，走了100多米，覺得不對，衹好調頭電話諮詢，但客服僅有一句話，“你根據導航走”，我們衹能停車向行人問路，還好碰到好心人告訴我們往前走不遠。結果到酒店後收到了湖南交警警告短訊，説是違章停車，其實路口離酒店也就100米了，客服如果熱情一些稍加提示，我們就不至於多次問路違章停車了。

店裡的佈局，氛圍都不錯，店主店員也非常友善，在店裡原有基礎上又加了點佈置，給女朋友過了一個開心的生日。

鳳凰故事精品酒店就在古城裡麪。位置優越，周邊餐飲購物均很方便，而且離開江邊景區衹需步行幾分鐘。 酒店的設計和佈局既有民族特色，又有文化內涵，真的是與眾不同。房間佈置獨具匠心，最大的亮點是房間裏的智能乾衣箱，實惠好用。總之，很推薦入住。

房間隔音效果不好，因為酒店在古鎮街道上，一直都很吵。 前台服務還不錯，打電話瞭解交通情況，説明的很正確。 晚上兜一兜古鎮，發現古鎮裏面的客棧，看起來都不怎麼樣，這家應該算不錯的了稍許有點欣慰。 酒店地理位置很好，出門左轉往前走就開始進入古鎮，走馬觀花兜兜也要3小時，古城太大了。
