I would especially like to thank the lady at the front desk. This was our first time in Fenghuang Ancient City and we were a little confused about our travel itinerary. The lady at the front desk was really super welcoming and provided attentive service during check-in and check-out. Not only did they patiently answer all our questions, but they also ensured that our travels were properly arranged. During check-out, our luggage was handled in a timely manner, which made us feel very comfortable.

酒店房間很乾凈，就在虹橋附近，打車/坐車很方便，走路去虹橋2分鐘不到，去河邊也是不到2分鐘，周圍很多吃飯購物的！ 老闆娘也很熱情！

國慶假期出遊，很幸運訂房到這家客棧，老闆及前台小姐姐人都特別好，我們還沒到的鳳凰就提前聯繫我們，車流人流特別大，然後提前告訴我們鳳凰古城可能會遇到交通管制，不讓車子開進去，讓我們安心把車子停在城外沒關係，然後開車來接我們。離店時又送我們出去，遊玩過程中也非常有耐心地告訴我們怎麼遊

客棧不臨江 走路到江邊卻很近 也得個安靜 免於晚上的熙熙攘攘 房間佈置的有特色 最讚的是 老闆娘以及前台的服務員 都非常熱心 態度非常好 加分加分 另外提醒一個：205房間的洗面盆下水需要檢修一下 有些些漏水

而且走出去一會就到了路上 行李不用搬很遠
老闆人很好 親自來巷口接的我們～
然後樓下冰箱裏的飲料和水也讓我們隨便拿 好大方🤤
