Fenghuang Best River View Hotel

I rarely write reviews, but the owner of this place was so incredibly thoughtful that I just had to share! The day before we checked in, the owner asked for our arrival time, added us on WeChat in advance, and sent us the hotel's location along with parking directions. The next day, as we were nearing the ancient town, they promptly called to inform us about traffic restrictions in the old city and guided us to an alternate route so we could drive right in, saving us the hassle of dragging our luggage. When we got to the hotel entrance, a handsome young man came to help us with our bags – two large suitcases and a big backpack, which he carried up by himself. We were truly touched! We stayed in the panoramic room, and the moment we opened the door, the entire Fenghuang Ancient Town was right before our eyes. We definitely made the right choice and it was worth every penny! The owner later recommended some fantastic restaurants, and our whole family enjoyed the meals thoroughly. We're so grateful for this encounter! It was a wonderful stay, so I highly recommend it to everyone. When you come to Fenghuang, look no further than 'Guli Mingyue Panoramic Resort,' it's truly worth it!

The owner is a beautiful lady, very enthusiastic and capable. She even helped me carry my two heavy suitcases up to the room. She also upgraded me to a panoramic room with a better view. The location of their place is truly excellent, offering a great view of Hongqiao, and it's even more beautiful with the lights at night. The room is quite spacious, has a balcony, and the decor is very well-designed and user-friendly, clean and tidy. Most importantly, the owner is incredibly kind and answered all my questions in detail. I was very satisfied with my stay, highly recommended!
