酒店價格虛高，通過攜程訂的房間722元，**同一天酒店房間加景區門票是700，**同一天酒店房間加景區門票是709元，最誇張的是攜程自己的門票酒店套餐同一天價格是650元，強烈感覺被欺騙，投訴到攜程以後酒店不予解決，還説什麼因為我退房了，這不是廢話嗎？不退房我能發現你們的詭計嗎！攜程客服後來同意由攜程退238元。再説酒店本身，房間普普通通，不算大。酒店早餐和旁邊一個酒店共用的那邊的早餐廳，走完全程後肯定多吃幾個饅頭特別遠，同時樓道有水被滑了一個跟頭，早餐也種類很少，同時餐廳工作人員特別冷漠自己不負責任，熱餐區域寫了很多種東西，其實都沒有，多問了兩句廚師頭也不抬，很不耐煩。慎重預訂。

房間乾淨整潔，早餐一般，中規中矩，餐廳較小，衹是一個普通的週末並不是節假日，已經要等位了，而且是自己站在快吃完的桌子邊上等位，沒有服務員安排。夢馬的中餐廳大眾點評排名也不錯，但是去了以後也感覺很小，人多了明顯服務跟不上。白馬和夢馬的小童樂園都很小。停車登記車牌號免費。

假期帶着家人來玩，酒店很高大上，就是服務人員不太專業，特意備註了需求，來了被告知沒有挨着的房間，有長者有孩子，房間不挨着就算了，樓層還不在一層，並且還是兩個邊，最後還是攜程人員給協調的，入住後發現明明有挨着的房間，確實心裏不舒服，希望改進吧

1. 房間地面衞生很差，孩子穿襪子跑兩圈腳底黑的洗都洗不掉，；
2. 牙刷硬的根本沒法用；
3. 景區門票和房間竟然是需要分開訂的，那遊客住景區酒店的意義在哪兒？住在景區就是為了帶着孩子進出方便，玩累了隨時回去休息。總之本次出行體驗感非常差。
4. 建議住宿和景區打通，無論是否購買景酒套餐，景區酒店住宿的客人待遇應該一致，景區門票當日可以自由進出，大多小孩子中午都需要休息，畢竟房間單獨購買的價格也不低於景酒套餐。
5. 酒店的環境和服務人員的態度還是非常好的，值得肯定。

豐寧壩上最好的酒店，環境優雅，衞生乾淨，視野開闊，進門就是五星級酒店大堂，早餐豐常豐富，羊湯、奶茶都是廚師親自熬製，配料也特別的全，特別的吃好，午餐菜品也比較豐富，包間也非常的上檔次，餐廳服務人員也比較熱情，下次來壩上還會繼續入住。

馬鎮非常值得來一趟，白馬、夢馬是馬鎮最好的酒店，基本設施還可以，高層景觀也很好，退房贈送伴手禮，衞生條件：早餐質量較北京郊區同價位酒店還是有點差距。旁邊就是樂園，草原迪斯尼大人孩子都有可看可玩的項目，草原絲路表演精彩絕倫，舞馬傳奇誠意滿滿，樂園項目排隊較短，孩子很滿意。到了之後瞭解到，酒店有多次入園和住宿套餐，想玩兩天樂園的話更合適一些。

標間中規中矩，兩張床拼一起大孩子睡覺沒問題，早餐種類很多，孩子要收半價44，畢竟是親子酒店，可以考慮孩子免費，贏得更多的客源，畢竟周邊好一點點的親子酒店不多。距離附近的景點都不遠，美食街也有幾家飯館，不如去大灘鎮可挑選的多

優點：環境無敵，離舞馬世界、美食街很近。
有小童遊樂場。
洗澡熱水還挺熱的。
早餐種類很多，有奶茶、煮麪條、沙拉、水果有葡萄、西瓜、哈密瓜，有酸奶，煎蛋煮蛋、培根，羊雜湯、包子卷子玉米紅薯。
缺點：我們住的房間的插卡器 不牢固 掉在地上兩回，
房間隔音不好。
