Fengshan Fenghuang International Grand Hotel

The front desk was like they owed money, they were indifferent and didn't explain anything clearly. I didn't know there was breakfast until I looked at the order. They were so stingy, only two bottles of water. I've never stayed in a hotel with such a bad experience. I still have to pay a deposit. It's quite unusual for a hotel to pay a deposit these days. After all, there were no snacks in the room that required money.

The hotel has good hardware facilities, but the service is very poor Very stingy. Only two 300ml bottles of water were given in each room. I wanted to ask for another bottle but was rejected? Just waiting for you to buy the 12 yuan bottled water in the room. When you check out, you have to wait at the front desk for the waiter to check the room before you can refund the deposit. It's outrageous. I haven't come across such a hotel in many years. I don't recommend staying here.

超級棒！這次我們第一次來鳳山和朋友自駕來三門海玩的沒有做過任何攻略很幸運選擇了鳳凰國際大酒店，入住的體驗感真的特別好我看中的就是房間大的特點，酒店整體佈局很高端前台小姐姐很熱情細心，遇到的問題都積極幫忙解決，停車是免費的還主動幫忙登記車牌，這個價位能做到這樣真的很棒，點贊！可惜沒有拍酒店的照片。

這應該是當地設施條件最好的酒店了。房間很大，乾淨整潔沒有異味。地上地下都有停車場。早餐比較豐富，一樓有家賣小份菜的餐廳，經濟實惠味道不錯。酒店還幫忙聯繫了三門海的包船門票。總之就是非常滿意^_^

優點：1.房間衞生很好。馬桶看上去擦得很乾凈！ 2.房間很寬敞，衞生間超大，住起來很舒服。 3.鳳山縣城很破舊，這家酒店是整個縣城最高檔的酒店，環境確實沒得説，很高檔！體驗感很好！ 4.有新能源充電樁，對開電車的遊客很方便。 5.有自助洗衣烘衣服的地方，挺方便的。 缺點：不理解為什麼五星級環境的酒店，房間空調連二星級的賓館都不如。開到16度了，依舊感受不到一點冷氣，晚上熱醒N次。空調該換了！！！差評！！！
