The environment is very comfortable and clean. Both adults and children like it very much. You can play in the room under the big sun, have dinner on the 5th floor of the hotel, and then go to experience the public pool after dinner.

The front desk was like they owed money, they were indifferent and didn't explain anything clearly. I didn't know there was breakfast until I looked at the order. They were so stingy, only two bottles of water. I've never stayed in a hotel with such a bad experience. I still have to pay a deposit. It's quite unusual for a hotel to pay a deposit these days. After all, there were no snacks in the room that required money.

The hotel has good hardware facilities, but the service is very poor Very stingy. Only two 300ml bottles of water were given in each room. I wanted to ask for another bottle but was rejected? Just waiting for you to buy the 12 yuan bottled water in the room. When you check out, you have to wait at the front desk for the waiter to check the room before you can refund the deposit. It's outrageous. I haven't come across such a hotel in many years. I don't recommend staying here.

酒店臨河，河景吵，城市景醜 酒店服務極差，極差，極差，是我見過最差的，沒有之一！ 18點30分到酒店，因為帶孕婦，讓酒店過來幫忙拿行李，禮賓部把行李箱放在前台就走了，我跟孕婦兩個人哼哧哼哧把行李搬到13樓，差評！ 前台不核對客户預訂訊息，我還再次強調了需要無煙房，還跟我説確認過了，我提前半個月預訂的無煙房，酒店不看備註，進房間被二手煙薰到咳嗽，連換了8個房間，都有不同程度的煙味，最後換到一個乾淨的房間，窗户又關不上，差評！ 客服部主管龍經理拒絕告知工號，我們從6點半搞到7點半才入住，她就讓孕婦站在13樓一直等，走廊連空調都沒有，我讓經理過來處理，一直不告訴領導來還是不來，不知道這種人怎麼當上主管，一點服務精神都沒有！ 最後李經理19點35姍姍來遲，解釋説: 1.前台確實不看客人備註，有孕婦的情況都不清楚 2.整個酒店沒有無煙房，因為酒店不做任何無煙房處理！唯一的處理開窗户 3.酒店禁止吸煙，但是沒有把標識放在房間明顯處，甚至還給每個房間配備了煙灰缸！你禁煙提供煙灰缸是吧！ 4.因為耽誤孕婦延遲一小時入住，讓我把攜程定單退了，走他們協議價格，就便宜30塊錢，被我謝絕了。 第二天早餐提供的餐飲真是差的要死，東西都是冷的，我問阿姨為什麼不開保温燈，阿姨説怕幹了，我問阿姨是熱的嗎，阿姨説是熱的，我拿了油條和雞蛋餅都是冰涼的。 跟領導反饋了，領導的意思就是反正事情發生了，也跟你道歉了，你還想怎麼樣呢？ 這樣的酒店給大家避避雷吧，從上面到下面都爛透了！員工聽不動客人訴求，領導不作為！ 討厭抽煙的客人不要訂這家酒店了，我也會向鳳山縣市場監管局舉報的。酒店不要給我打騷擾電話！我這個評論是不會改的！
