Vienna Hotel (Fengshan)

The hotel is relatively old, but the price/performance ratio is still a bit high, so I chose this one

The room smelled very musty and I developed an itchy rash after sleeping for an hour.

Too old-fashioned, outdated rhythm.

The room is too small. There is a musty smell of an old hotel when you enter the door. The bathroom floor drain is blocked. Moreover, when I went to breakfast at 7:30, there was nothing left. All the plates were empty. I only had one fried noodle and it was cold. I told the waiter but he ignored me. I have never encountered such a bad hotel.

The hotel is marked as non-smoking, and we were specifically informed before check-in that there should be no smoking in the room due to medical reasons. As soon as we entered our room, the smell of cigarettes was so thick that it was choking. We told the hotel front desk and they even asked us to open the window for some fresh air. I was not in the hotel during the day and had the windows open all day. When I returned to the hotel and turned on the air conditioner, the whole room was filled with smoke. The hotel corridors and elevators were also filled with choking smoke, making it difficult to breathe. We really couldn't sleep as we were staying for several nights and called the front desk to have the problem resolved. The supervisor on duty that night had a very good service attitude. He was choked by the smoke as soon as he entered the room and took us to see if we could change rooms. I walked through 4 rooms in a row and was choked by smoke. The air conditioning system is integrated, so if one person smokes, the smoke will circulate in all the rooms. She and we all adopted a problem-solving attitude and moved an electric fan from the hotel into the room. The air conditioner didn't work, so we had to rely on the fan in the 37-degree weather. Then she gave us perfume to cover up the smell. The hotel facilities are very old. The water from the shower cannot flow away and will overflow into the entire bathroom. You need to lay a towel on the floor before you can enter. After inspecting the project, they told us that there was nothing we could do about it, and that was it. The hotel manager has a good service attitude, but the front desk service is really bad. At 10 o'clock in the morning, the front desk lady seemed to be still asleep. I asked three times but still had no response. I needed help from the front desk and waited for 4 hours but nothing was done. A very unpleasant stay. I definitely don't recommend staying here when visiting Fengshan.
