酒店地理位置在鳳山縣的市中心。停車比較困難，不過酒店有一輛車把我們帶到了鳳凰國際大酒店的停車位。據他所説維也納和鳳凰國際酒店是同一位老闆我們把車停在那邊之後他們24小時待命的司機再把我們送回酒店也比較方便。酒店的早餐有可以自己調製的粉，我們吃飽喝足之後大約半小時路程可以直達三門海景區，非常方便。酒店的空調熱水都很給力，可以製冷，還有暖空調。

設施太舊了太老了，房間裏還有散不掉的煙味兒，給人的感覺不乾淨，不過這個小城可選擇的也不多！但位置很好離吃飯非常方便！

房間很大，夜景也很美，床品也比較舒適，前台服務非常負責，洗澡水流也很棒，房間安靜，而且大床也比較大，體驗非常好。早餐不太好，跟不上，服務也不太好。

酒店位置特別好，適合自駕遊的朋友來，有地上和地下停車場，停車免費，第二天去三門海也方便，附近吃飯也還算方便

酒店地理位置不錯，附近就是一地質公園。大堂特寬敞，富麗堂皇；酒店中規中矩，服務：不錯；剛到給我們的房間有煙味，服務員很快給我們換了一間。早餐還行，就是衹有一個服務員在門口收早餐券；顧客得自己去下粉，因為趕時間就衹好算了。設施有點復古；一邊床頭沒有插座，落後了，不方便。車子停在酒店門口

酒店提前電話提示要入住，尚未入住已感温馨，來到酒店辦理入住很快，百問百答，不厭其煩，房間乾淨，佈局合理，衞生間乾濕分離，連牙線都配備有，酒店緊臨美麗的河邊，周邊山中雲霧繚繞，以至於我第二天早起出門吸收新鮮空氣。

房間乾淨衞整潔，面積可以，服務一般，沒有一次性牙刷梳子等洗漱用品，早餐品質一般，白水煮蛋都沒有煮熟，蛋白都是稀的。體驗感不佳！
