房間乾淨整潔，工作人員非常質樸熱心，總體感覺極佳，就是吃的不是很方便，建議餐飲方面可以加大力度。

服務很好，特別是司機的服務態度非常好，很友善与亲切！驗票口的大哥也很幽默！温泉里面的大哥大姐也很友好！唯一的就是客房的卫生是真的差、孩子走兩圈那個小腳丫黑抹抹的！

山上空氣很好，適合度假

木屋衞生略差，前台、售票點和客房服務的工作人員態度很好，電瓶車也是隨叫隨到，日場景點設施略破，日場劇場可以看，夜場劇場就很棒，專門帶娃去看火龍的，沒失望，晚上過7點半沒飯吃，1大兩小點一份二人套餐，需購買多一人餐具4元，另外點了鹽焗雞98不好吃，總體來説夜場劇場很值得去看。

山內空氣清新，服務人員態度好，服務熱情，很適合帶娃過週末 廁所設施比較老舊 衞生還算可以吧 整體比較滿意，性價比高

過年人太多了，2點多到酒店前台，説是還沒有打掃衞生，先辦理入住，等阿姨打掃完已經是4點，期間服務人員很熱情的送礦泉水給我們，服務態度不錯。我們定的是三角木屋，都在半山腰，期間有專車接送很方便，就是有一段很陡，坐着心驚膽戰。景區可以拍拍照，地方大不擁擠，最好看是火龍表演，不虛此行

房間老化嚴重，沒有想象中的美好，就是接送方便，房間裏的衞生間都很久了，應該得重新裝修了，不然都是去一次就不想去了！

火龍煙花很好看。木屋也有特色，空氣很新鮮，孩子們到處去撿松塔，晚上好冷好冷，我們來的時候晚上3度，開暖氣也感覺冷，住在懸崖峭壁上的感覺真是特別。
