Facilities: The supporting facilities are very good. The hotel is in the mountains and forests. The rooms are large, with a large balcony and a separate hot spring pool. The hotel has an infinity pool, which is very comfortable. The hair dryer is from Dyson, and the toiletries are from Jurlique. Hygiene: Clean Environment: They are all independent tree houses with unique shapes. The whole environment is very quiet. It is quiet during the day and you can hear the sound of frogs at night, which improves the quality of sleep. Service: The staff is enthusiastic and will help carry the luggage and deliver it to the room. They will also remind you of the precautions. The hotel has a non-powered park and the water park is also under renovation. Children can play a lot. You can play to your heart's content for two days and one night.

I have always wanted to come here. This time I came just in time for the expansion. I had originally booked a seed room. I will come again next time I have the chance.

The hotel is very unique, especially the rice field. It's a pity that the harvest season has passed. I must come to see the harvest next year. Special thanks to the two gentle girls Xiao Zeng and Xiao Xi at the hotel front desk. We had a party with friends and talked around the fire until late at night, which affected their work, but they still smiled and had no complaints. Thank you!

其實種草樹蛙部落已久，今年終於有機會選擇了新餘仙女湖店來體驗四天三晚親子營～之前網上也搜過不少網友的評價反饋，這次可謂做足了準備，有些小問題之前客人提過的，比如衣架不夠，這次店家都改善了～挺用心的！ 因為考慮住的時間有三晚就直接選了荷葉房（萬一需要筆記本電腦加班得要桌椅嘛，哈哈，還好幸運的沒用上，卻打撲克牌用上了茶几也挺好🙂） 房間洗護用品都是茱莉蔻的，吹風機是戴森的，音響是馬歇爾的～足見品質保證～ 還有看到不少網友説樹蛙拖鞋有踩屎感，真的是體會過就懂了😉 住的條件比之前海灣森林公園的帳篷酒店是好了太多～玩的內容因為就在仙女湖景區內，可以湖上划槳更是美哉～還有很多親子營其他內容小朋友非常喜歡，還能結交新的異地朋友，拓展社交圈，真棒👍總之人少就是最棒的體驗！不得不提今年新開的無動力樂園和水世界很值得玩哦，小而精！簡直是包場～ 吃的方面，較簡樸，但也是味道不差的～客服會提示帶點小零食給小朋友，其實也真的不用準備很多，大廳還是能買很多飲料，還有鮮榨西瓜汁、橙汁，還有冰棍、冷飲買～不會餓到肚子的～

本來衹是路過，然後剛好看到這一家酒店就帶着小朋友進來體驗，活動以及管家都很熱情，還有配套的露營地和樂園！還會再來的

小朋友很喜歡，基本都是家庭親子游，天氣涼一點去更好，暑假太熱啦，樂園熱得都沒時間去看看，對於嘴比較饞的人而言，要是有小賣部就更完美了😁
