Right in the middle of the old town, with convenient parking in a rear courtyard. Close to sights and food. Staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were clean, and my bathroom was huge.

The hotel is full of Bruce Springsteen fans in readiness for tonight’s concert. Like all other places in the city they inflated their prices so we have all paid a small fortune to stay here (€300 per night for us). Sadly what they failed to do was put more staff on at breakfast so it was chaotic at best. Milk ran out. Hot water for tea, not very hot. Poor single waiter so busy we had to ask 3 times for coffee.

Europa is a beautiful hotel in a palazzo in centro with a bus stop at the front door.
Friendly staff and a comprehensive breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was in a central location and the bedroom and ensuite were both comfortable and spacious. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The free use of the hotel's well-maintained bicycles and the onsite cafe were added bonuses.

Hotel di una volta, con quel gusto di antico ma ben tenuto. Alcune camere sono state rinnovate, pulite e complete di tutto il necessario. Personale molto disponibile e cordiale. Colazione internazionale, con il giusto equilibrio tra dolce e salato. Posizione perfetta per girare Ferrara a piedi ed in comodità.

La scelta di questo albergo si è rivelata vincente: ottima la posizione letteralmente a due passi dal castello, tutte le altre attrazione da visitare sono raggiungibilissime a piedi, l'albergo (così come la mia stanza) è confortevole e pulitissimo, ottima la colazione con molta varietà di proposte, sia dolci che salate, molto gentile il personale. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/offerta. Se torno a Ferrara sarà la mia destinazione preferita
