My wife and I had a memorable weekend stay during June 2025 at the Intercontinental Mzaar hotel. The hotel is in excellent condition, super clean and with great facilities. The service is outstanding. We enjoyed resting and swimming in the outside pool then had a great hike up the mountains in late afternoon (the hotel location is great allowing all types of summer activities). The serenity, calm and views in the hotel gardens are rejuvenating. The breakfast is excellent with a great selection and a very attentive and kind staff. The hotel is definitely extremely well run. It seamlessly blends the sophistication and global standards you would expect from the Intercontinental brand with the charm, intimacy, and personalized touches of a boutique hotel offering a uniquely elevated and memorable stay. We look forward to stay again at this hotel.

Family summer and winter resort The hotel is located in the mountain, housing a ski resort. The staff is very friendly, in particular the reception staff. There is an indoor swimming pool which is mostly unused during my visit. There aren't many shops and restaurants nearby, most visitors came with families and for skiing. Essential to have a car if you wish to move around. The rooms are very comfortable and service is fast.

Very welcoming hotel excellent service staff warm facility clean room clean spacious we book there everytime we go to faraya and it’s so practical in winter n very enjoyable in summer . Close to everything and kids enjoy the play areas a lot .
