Riad les Remparts de Fès

My stay in Fez was truly memorable, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of Hager, the manager. We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay. Hager was also incredibly accommodating with breakfast. She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. It was one of the highlights of the stay and a perfect way to start the day. At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay. The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring. What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fez — not just for the location and comfort, but for the exceptional hospitality you’ll experience here.

Very dusty everywhere, even on the bed!!! Could be working on the AC overhead before my arrival. No AC remote control can be found. Luckily we don’t need AC that night. No English speaking staff available on site. Lighting is inadequate-very dark. It’s very difficult to access this property.

Excellent Staff and Service-great location I had a wonderful stay at this riad in Fez! The service was truly excellent — the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The location is ideal, close to all the main attractions but still peaceful and relaxing. The riad itself is beautiful and well-maintained. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Fez!

We stayed 4 nights at this Riad and it was one of the best Riad we stayed in Morocco. The style was very vintage with modern facilities and the location is great. It is just outside the Medina and close to a street so it is easy to catch Taxis or transfers without carrying or pushing your bags through the middle of the Medina.
