Royal Mirage Fes Hotel

Good value hotel, clean, well mannered staff and good location. Wafa idrissi was really nice to deal with made my stay smooth and worry free. Recommend.

It’s not a bad hotel, but its rooms are a bit old. I paid 1400D to ask for a normal double room and asked it to be “quite” but it’s not. The room locates right next to a main street so during the whole night you can hear endless cars, motors and police car alarms. The window fully closed yet blocked no noise. AC needs to be replaced to new one as it howling every few minutes like a diesel engine. The room is big and clean though. I had to wait for 25 minutes to check in. I don’t blame the staff as they were just too busy. They only have 3 people at the reception and they need to deal with frequent customer requirements, individual customers and tour groups at the same time! If this were just an ordinary 2–3 star hotel, I wouldn’t have much to complain about. However, for a resort charging 1,400 dirhams per night, this level of management and infrastructure really needs to be updated and improved.

Nice hotel, it was good staffs and amenities. Cleanliness was good that I stayed with confortable. Highly recommend to stay here! But one of concern is Wi-Fi is weak in your room. However even if you detect these deficiencies, it is great hotel.
