Our modern double storey two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse is located within the grounds of the golf course and equipped to cater to a maximum of 4 adult guests. We can accommodate up to 6 guests but additional costs will apply. Ideal for golfers, a weekend getaway, couples retreat or a family break, our fully self-contained townhouse is an open plan design with contemporary furnishings. Features include air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and generous bedrooms with built in robes. A 65" HD TV with Netflix/Amazon/Disney/Optus. Free driveway parking for 1 car and further free parking for more cars in visitor parking less than 10 metres away. We cater to any configuration, including couples, families, and groups (a strict maximum of six adult guests per booking). A king size bed in bedroom 1 and 2 x king singles in bedroom 2. Walking distance to the amazing St Andrews Beach Brewery....great food drinks/live music on the weekends. Peninsula Hot Springs and the brand-new Alba hot springs are just a 5 minutes' drive away. For the golf lover - Moonah Links/The Dunes/Eagle Ridge/Rosebud Country Club/RACV Cape Schank/The National & Flinders Golf clubs are all under 10 mins drive away. Portsea & Sorrento Golf Clubs - about 20 mins away. Also, within close proximity to walking tracks, ocean & bay beaches, local wineries, amazing restaurants and the coastal villages of Sorrento, Portsea, Blairgowrie, Rye & Rosebud.
