Fiumicino Airport B&B Deluxe

The office staff are amazing people. The on duty staff member went out of her way to arrange a transfer from the airport to the motel on 22 September 2023 when we stayed there and kept constant communication with us when we had difficulties at the airport.

First of all, I clarify that I didn’t stay in this hotel, and I’m writing about my experience with the management service. I made a reservation 3 weeks in advance and used my American Express Centurion card to guarantee it. A week before our arrival, I got a mail complaining I had made a mistake with the numbers of the credit card. I sent the card number again and it was then that they realized it was an AmEx, which they didn’t accept. I used a different card, a Mexican Visa, but my bank found it suspicious and declined the charge. Then I offered to use an American Visa card, but the agent said it had been too much trouble and had no more interest in us, so they canceled our reservation, just like that. The agent was doing his/her job in an office, with a computer and wi-fi. I was jumping up and down inside a tuk-tuk in Matera, using my phone and 4G. I don’t understand why “spendig all morning” wouldn’t be part of his job.

Excellent service. As soon as the checkin staff noted my partner's disability we were treated with exceptional care and priority. Thanks to Anastasia, Nicoletta and the other staff who taxied us through the airport security to the departure gate. This service really supported us as Rome Airport is huge and to navigate my partner around would have been really difficult with his walking stick. We were so impressed with the customer assistance team. Thank you so much

Bed & basta. Chiamarsi bed and breakfast quando in realtà la colazione non esiste mi pare un po’ pretestuoso. Camere pulite e accoglienti (anche se un po’ troppo calde). Per il resto uhmmmmm. Internet alta velocità che in realtà va più piano del 56k del 2000, televisore non funziona (e nessuno si è degnato di venire a vedere nonostante avessimo segnalato). Rumori infernali durante tutta la notte grazie a muri di semicartongesso
