If any of these are a turn-off for you, please look elsewhere. We want you to be happy here!- There is only one ensuite bathroom which is accessed THROUGH the master bedroom. This setup might not be ideal for all parties, please review carefully.- There is an attached guesthouse which shares the living room wall. Both spaces are private with their own entrances, but some noise transfer is inevitable.- No smoking (this includes marijuana) inside or anywhere on the property- No parties, drugs, events, loud music/noise, undisclosed guests, pets, etc.- Gas fireplace is only on during the winter months- We have one outdoor security camera that covers the front walkway that will be on during your stay.We aren't on site, but we are just a message or a phone call away if you need anything at all!
