1. It was not just a hotel. sharing with residential apartments which means they don't do service as normal hotel. Lobby was very small like a backpackers hotel. I believed QUEST chain but it wasn't that great. I don't know why so many people recommended this one it's not that worth it.
2. We booked 'apart with one bedroom in the city view(50square)' for two nights, I chose this one because of the view.
And there was cheaper one when I reserved 'studio one with courtyard view(40square)'. I was comparing to CBD's hotel but view looks nice in this hotel as well so I gave up the hotel in the city. and when we just got in the room, it was courtyard view, apparently, it wasn't even the one we booked, size was small as well. So we went to lobby and asked very nice 'can we get the room at least not courtyard view?' and he said there is no room. and didn't even make apologies about their mistakes. Plus, he said if you want to get a good room tmr, come to lobby at 7am. what???? we are supposed to be here having good rest. what's that? is it that kind of first come, first served? Maybe he was being ****** or just got lazy to get another room. I really wanted to talk to supervisor, but my companion didn't want that so I didn't say anything but it was really offensive.
I've been in so many hotel but there is no room? it's like im in like 2-3 stars hotel or below. Like there are so many options in this level of hotel with more cheaper price.
3. There are basically no facilities except the gym. Even I couldn't find any restaurant or bar lounge or cafe in this hotel. or spa or something like that. I've only seen the pool which can't use at all and not maintained well. It was not heated ofc and with leaves and insects eww..
4. Cleaner was nice. I've asked tissue and toilet paper. She was very nice. I appreciate that. but there was leftover pop corn in the kitchen in the shelf.. and it was very quiet hotel. meaning there must have been more rooms available haha.
To sum up, it was quite disappointing experience staying in this hotel considering it is 4 star-hotel. I would never go this and other QUEST ones.
