I originally booked the Suger Beach Hotel a month in advance, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that there were no rooms. I was speechless. Then I was arranged to stay in a dirty, messy and small thatched cottage. Finally, I contacted Ctrip to help me change to Sofitel. I have to say that Ctrip's after-sales service is still good, but the Suger Hotel is really speechless. I will not go there next time 🙃

Everything was perfect, from the arrival until the departure! I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire staff at the Sofitel Imperial Hotel for making my stay truly unforgettable! . The hospitality I received throughout my stay was exceptional. The front desk staff were always courteous and efficient, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant.
