You have to go up to the 4th floor to reach the hotel entrance, and the rooms are quite small. Breakfast was decent. The location is fairly convenient, not too far from the Palazzo Medici Riccardi, the Accademia Gallery, and the Duomo.

The Wi-Fi in the room was either non-existent or wouldn't connect. In winter, the duvet was just two thin sheets, and the floor by the bedroom door was noticeably dirtier and darker than the rest of the room. The hairdryer would overheat and shut off after a short while. You couldn't even control the air conditioning yourself; you had to ask the front desk. The city tax could only be paid in cash, which meant I had to go find somewhere to exchange money, and there wasn't even an outlet by the bed.

The room was barely decorated, and the door felt like a plain wooden board. However, the service was quite good.

Besides the decent location, everything else about this place was terrible. It was over 30 degrees Celsius and there was no air conditioning, so I couldn't sleep from the heat every night. Next time, I'd rather pay more than stay here again. Also, the breakfast was very mediocre, all cold food.

The room was incredibly small for the price! Breakfast was awful, and the service was terrible. It's much worse than even a budget hotel in China, yet the price is comparable to a 3 or 4-star hotel there. This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, in every aspect. To be fair, its only redeeming quality is its proximity to tourist attractions.
