The room and bed are very big. This is a very luxurious hostel. But only thing bad is there is no hair dryer in the room and reception.

Absolutely loved my stay at aparto Florence Manifattura! The modern apartments are spacious, clean, and super comfy—perfect for a short or long trip. Location is spot-on, just a quick tram ride from the city center and close to cool spots like the Cascine Park. Staff were friendly and helpful, checking us in smoothly and even giving tips on local eats. Facilities like the gym, laundry, and communal kitchen made everything easy. Felt right at home in Florence—highly recommend! 5 stars

A very stylish hostel. The best I have encountered so far. Very modern, well designed hotel.
Close and easy access to public transport. Travel time to Florence city center approx 20

Just opened 1 Sep 2025. Place is very nice and modern, employees are very helpful. Each 4 person dorm has a bathroom. Gym is downstairs. Free use of washer and dryer for now. Just needs a kitchen.

Hello everyone. The room matches the photo, I arrived alone and they put me in a room where there was no one else, which was very comfortable. I arrived before the check-in time and they met me halfway and checked me in earlier, which is also a plus. There is a gym on the territory, it is included in the price of accommodation, but there are not many exercise machines, which is understandable because it is not a professional gym) The room itself is very spacious, the rooms are cleaned by a maid. I would also like to mention the administrator Karla. The girl is very kind and does her job well, it was pleasant to talk to her. I will come back again if such an opportunity arises.

Amazing services! We are allowed to check in early… what a saint! We were so tried of the travel and when we saw the clean room and nice big bathroom it was just an amazing feeling. There were always people / security at the reception so when we cane back very late after Andrea Bocelli’s concert we can get in with no trouble. Also we were lucky that we got whole room to ourselves :) the highlight of this apartment is very clean and friendly staff!

This was the best hostel experience I’ve ever had! The beds were incredibly spacious and came with new, warm blankets. The laundry facilities were great, and the premises are huge since the hostel is connected to a student residence.
Keep in mind that payment at reception is by card only, including for the city tax.
The staff were very kind and helped me resolve a few issues I had with my booking.
The only minor drawback is the location — it’s a bit far from the train station and major attractions. However, there’s a bus stop right by the hostel, and the buses are frequent and punctual.

Super nice hotel. The distance is a bit far from the Center but easily reached with bus lane 17.
The facility is very new and maintained properly.
The locker lock&key can be borrowed from the front desk, so as the hairdryer. One time teeth brush,plastic and shampoo/body soap will be provided during check in. Enough electric plugs for recharging.
The staff at front desk is very nice and happy to answer questions.
