Teatro Luxury Apartments Firenze - Starhotels Collezione

This apartment is definitely worth staying at. Although it takes a short walk to get to the main attractions, the space is really comfortable. The only minor drawback is that housekeeping doesn't automatically replenish the bottled water; you have to ask the cleaning staff to get it. A supermarket is close by, and there's a café downstairs. Prices are quite reasonable during the low season, so it's a great option to consider. It would be even better if the washers and dryers in the laundry room could be reserved via an app. The front desk staff provided very attentive and warm service.

Upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment for my two-day stay, which was a real lifesaver after a long journey. Enjoyed instant noodles and TV in the apartment, and all four TVs in the room had YouTube. There's also a laundry room downstairs, though it gets quite busy in the evenings. Florence is small, so walking and public transport are enough to get to all the sights. Highly recommended! (^^)

Traveling to Florence with my family of three, we booked a triple room. We were very satisfied right from the hotel lobby. The room was spacious and clean, with great attention to detail. The sandwiches at the coffee shop downstairs were especially delicious, and hotel guests even get a discount. The hotel also has a free laundry room. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Duomo, and there are many Chinese restaurants along the way.

It's about a 20-minute walk to the historic center and close to a local residential area, making it very quiet at night. This newly opened aparthotel is spotlessly clean with great facilities. The apartment is very spacious, and each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. There's a laundry room in the adjacent building with secure key card access, so it feels very safe. The rooftop terrace is absolutely fantastic, offering panoramic views of the Duomo and the entire old town.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in Europe – safe, clean, with spacious rooms, free laundry, and excellent service. The herbal tea was delicious, and the body lotion was incredibly effective. I particularly loved walking out of the hotel and strolling along the river; it was so relaxing. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

Cons: The front desk staff lacked professionalism. During check-in, they charged us an additional fee on top of the city tax, claiming it was for drinks and snacks in the room, which would be refunded if unused. However, on the day of check-out, our credit card was charged another 90 euros by the hotel. When we asked the same front desk staff member, they said the platform charges 90%, and we needed to pay the remaining 10% on site, which is why the charge was made??? Later, a manager was called, and after much back-and-forth, they finally admitted it was a system error! The staff was extremely unprofessional, saying one thing one minute and another the next. The claim about paying the 10% difference seemed completely fabricated! I will not consider or recommend this hotel again!! Pros: The hotel's location is about 15-20 minutes from the station, which is acceptable, but the area is quite quiet. The room was spacious, which is a definite plus.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The coffee shop downstairs was also amazing! It's super close to the station and all the main attractions. Highly recommend! 👍👍

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the dedicated airport shuttle stop and 5 minutes from the canal. It's about a 15-minute walk to the old town. The hotel itself is very new, spacious, and comfortable. Housekeeping does a great job every day, and there's a laundry room available. I later found out it's part of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts group, which is a nice bonus. While you might think it's a bit far from the old town, the price and room size definitely make it worth it. Plus, the cafe next door, which is a popular spot, offers a 10% discount on breakfast for hotel guests and serves delicious food.
