The suite is spacious and clean! It’s about 15 mins walk from the station (Firenze SMN) and very close to the main attraction. Lady in the reception is SUPER nice and helpful. She answered WhatsApp promptly even if it’s late. She also recommended some good restaurants nearby (Restaurant La Ménagère is great, atmosphere is chill). We enjoyed the stay, thank you Residence Hilda!

The sanitation is very good, the location is very convenient, the heating is sufficient in winter, and the service staff are very friendly. If I return to Florence, I will definitely consider it again.

Highly recommended, but there is no parking lot. However, it is just next door and charges are applicable. It is more reliable and the room is very big. Suitable for multiple people. There is no front desk at night and noon, but communication in English is OK

Large area, good location, convenient for shopping

This hotel is very tall, the suites are very spacious and tall, the bathrooms are newly renovated and very clean, the dining room and kitchen are complete with cooking utensils and the kitchen counters are clean and tidy; the bedrooms are bright and comfortable. The room is decorated with many watercolor paintings, the style of painting is light and elegant, and I took a few landscape paintings. I really like this room. Highly recommend this hotel.

This a lovely place that centrally located but not on top of crowded spaces. Our room was well-appointed, clean, and with all the necessities, including a fully equipped kitchen ( although we rarely get to use one). Staff was friendly and accommodating, especially with our need for a few special items like a fan. Overall, a very nice experience for a reasonable price right in the heart of the city. Enjoy!

HIGHLY recommend Residence Hilda! Valentina went above and beyond with warm hospitality, we got an upgraded room, and the location is just wonderful, in walking distance to everything in the heart of Florence. We would definitely stay here again!

Wow, what a great apartment in super location! Add to this Valentina and her marvellous team and we don't believe you could find better accommodation in all of Florence, definitely a ***** plus. Thank you Valentina for making our stay so memorable. The details, The apartment was really good, it had space, all the equipment we needed, and was very comfortable & stylishly furnished. Valentina was very welcoming and helpful, as were the other staff members, their only objective was for the guests to have a great time. Always on hand to give tips or advice on places to visit, restaurants and happy to make bookings on our behalf. We arrived when reception was closed, so had some concerns this may have been an issue but it couldn't have been easier. We spoke to Valentina on the phone and she electronically unlocked the doors for us, and we were in our apartment within 2 minutes of arriving at the front door. The location is great for all the sites while being away from noisy cars so quiet and peaceful. We would thoroughly recommend anyone visiting Florence to stay at Residence Hilda, They would not be disappointed.
