We were a family of three and stayed at this property for 2 nights in a triple room. The rooms were nicely equipped, clean and spacious. The hotel is located at a walking distance from the central station as well as the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. There are a lot of places within walking distance to eat, drink and shop. The pick up points for tours to Pisa are also within walking distance. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was also kind to pack some breakfast (on a request being made) since we had to check out early in the morning to catch a train to Rome.

Compared with this price, the hotel rooms, breakfast and public areas are really impeccable, and it should even be said to exceed expectations.
However, the hotel does not have a parking lot. The booking agent knew this, but what they didn't know was that the public parking fee was very expensive. The parking fee for 2 days totaled 90 euros, and the walking distance was 1.4 kilometers.
If 90 euros are added to the price, it will not feel like a good value for money.
Of course, if you don’t have a vehicle, this hotel is definitely worth recommending.
Since I always have a vehicle, I will not consider this hotel when I go to Florence in the future.

It's right next to the Central Market and very close to the station. It's only a few minutes' walk away. However, the room is relatively simple and old-fashioned. The water in the sink is broken. It's just a one-night stay.

The room price is very high, the room is small, the activity space is very small, the desk is small, and it is inconvenient to use the computer. Air conditioning cooling effect is not very good. Family vacation, excellent stay, this hotel is in the Center of everything!!! Very cute hotel, the front desk is incredibly helpful Shanel made great recommendation and reservations for us during our entire stay. The breakfast was very good and had everything staff super helpful, Claudia was very nice and friendly. I recommend this hotel, I read some of the negative reviews, but I did not encounter anything negative experience. The layout is different you do take a lot of turns to the room but does not take away from the charm of property. Parking I learned from several days in Italy that is not free. We had our car sent to a garage by the hotel and did not need it until we checked out. Laundry is also a service not a facility at the hotel.

This hotel is very conveniently located. Walkable to train station, markets, shopping and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and breakfast was good. The bar is not opened, which was disappointing and the wifi is hit or miss.
