B&B Hotel Laurus al Duomo

Not far from the train station and tourist attractions. Easy to walk around and explore the city. Staff ralissa is cute and smiling.

The location of the B&B hotel is very good. It is only ten minutes' walk from the train station, two minutes' walk further to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, and ten minutes' walk to the Uffizi Gallery. And there are famous brand shopping streets and food streets next to it. This location is very important during long-distance travel abroad. You can easily enjoy art and life anytime and anywhere. The decoration of the hotel is very particular and artistic. The room is large and a family of three can stay comfortably. The facilities are complete and the stay was a pleasure. The only drawback is that there are no porcelain cups for drinking water, only disposable plastic cups. This is something I am not very satisfied with. Of course, the breakfast is quite sumptuous, especially the view of Florence from the rooftop restaurant makes me feel better.

Then someone from the legal department (Carlo Lorenzo Hanke) sent me an official email on February 21, 2024, saying that it would take about 10 days for the insurance company to respond. However, as of today, March 11, 2024, there is still no response. Even when I sent an email asking when the 10 days would start counting, there was no reply. This hotel is so irresponsible. I have never seen such an unsafe and irresponsible hotel. I strongly advise everyone not to choose this hotel. I checked in on January 24, 2024. The hotel is very clean and tidy! The room is huge! The bathroom is also huge! Really satisfied with the stay experience! The hotel is a three-minute walk to the cathedral! It’s less than ten minutes’ walk to the train station! The location is great! Super recommended! Breakfast is pretty good too
