The century-old palace has been transformed, with public corridors, murals, and antique furniture, full of the flavor of old Florence; the rooms retain the classic European décor, with ample ceiling height, and many rooms have windows with views.

The location is great, the service is good, and everything at breakfast was delicious! The shower room is a little small, but the air conditioning works well! It's a good hotel.

The hotel's location was the most satisfying aspect of my stay; the atmosphere at the entrance and surrounding area was very inviting. Additionally, most of the hotel staff were quite welcoming. On the first day of check-in, they promised to call me when the room was ready, but by 5 PM I hadn't received a call or text message. Upon inquiring at the hotel again, I learned that the room had indeed been cleaned.
