This is a self check in kind of room. It’s right on the heart of Florence, the building is very nicely decorated, the room was beautiful, the bedding was comfy. You get a coffee machine, snacks and water. The bathroom has nice smelling body wash and shampoo. We could see the top of the duomo from our window. We would recommend it.

Third time staying here and we appreciated the flexibility with early check in. We were surprised to find out in the morning that they no longer serve breakfast. Doesn't B&B stand for Bed & Breakfast? Couldn't figure out if Rosella was away for the summer or just no longer there but the place could use her personal touch-all communication is now via WhatsApp which felt rather impersonal. Not sure if we'll stay here again despite the great location.

old world charm on great location near duomo, We enjoyed the wonderful large rooms nicely decorated as if we were staying at the family as a guest. Very efficient check in via what app contact with Gaia and Pietro the owners and with great advice about restaurants, bicycle rental etc...If you are in good shape cycle in cool times to Fiesole. Location is great walking around the duomo at night with most tourists gone is magic. We had breakfast in wonderful cafe opposite the Residence.

Our host Gaia was fantastic, she managed everything via whatsapp with very clear instructions during check in/check-out. She sent us her favorite restaurants and was available for any questions we had; very efficient use of technology:) Location is fantastic, Duomo is right on the corner and everything else in walking distance. Room was spacious and clean, we enjoyed our stay.

This was our second time here and we will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect, a 2 minute walk to the Duomo, yet quiet at night so no sleep interruptions. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. For the price and location it’s a no brainer.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We had matrimonial suite. This is not a bed and breakfast, it is a room rental only in a historic old home, Gaia emailed me with instructions to enter home and into our room. There is no one there to assist you and/or answer questions. (Hence only 3 stars) Location was awesome! A short distance to Duomo and other sites in the city.But be careful stepping out the front door as you are on a busy street. No elevator, but we managed the 3 flights during our visit. There is a great cafe around the corner with the friendliest owner! I wasn’t felling well and he actually offered to cook something for my husband to bring back to the room. Since you just have the room, there is really no public space with the exception of a small alcove on the 2nd floor with some comfy chairs. We used this as our living area during our stay. Overall a nice place, but I was expecting a bed and breakfast.

Great choice, highly recommended for a perfect stay in the heart of Florence!

The room was very conveniently located to the city center. Staff was friendly and helpful.
