I highly recommend this hotel I consider it is good price very close to attractions and very safe around there even at night . I used public transportation to train station everything is easy . Nice breakfast and great staff . Room was very clean .

It was relatively close to the center and the staff were kind, but first of all, the building is old. The room was spacious, but I was surprised to see that the shower was installed on the wall right next to the toilet. When I asked how to take a shower, I was told to remove the toilet paper when entering, take a shower, and they would give me an extra towel, so I was told to wipe off the water from the toilet and floor after showering and use it. I have stayed in many hotels, but this was my first time taking a shower right in front of the toilet, and I was surprised. There was a variety of breakfast options, which was good. If you choose this hotel, I definitely recommend making a request.

I booked this hotel as part of my trip to Florence for myself and my mother. I was doing the marathon so it was near the start line. The staff were really friendly and helpful even giving us a kettle and cups to use in our room. The breakfast was basic but good. It has a lovely homely vibe.

The bedroom was located on the first floor, by another guest house. The key to the room would have had to be returned to the 4th floor, using an obsolete and very slow elevator. The only advantage of this structure is the location near the historic center of Florence.

The staff is amazing. Breakfast included, really nice cappuccinos. Is very close to all the attractions. I will definitely use them again.

The place is very near from everything, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is very delicious, the room is very big and clean and the bathroom is very clean as well. I loved the hotel and the city. This was the best experience in europe so far.

Normal rooms

The breakfast room and lobby are on the 4th floor. This makes getting your key each time a bit inconvenient. There is an elevator so it is just a time issue. The trade off is that the breakfast room includes a rooftop area where the view is excellent. Staff members are wonderful and very helpful. Location is great for restaurants and attractions. Breakfast options are very good. The room was clean and beds comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful experience. Location, amenities are a plus... The breakfast was the best of our stay... is an expanded very Mediterranean/European style and was a great start for the day... The maximum was the ambiance and hospitality at breakfast to start the day with the wonderful positive attitude, carisma and good heart of "Sandro" at breakfast with his upbeat kindness and attention to details to add his own personal version of sunlight to the day... What a memorable and unforgettable experience on our visit to Florence. Our top list to return.

Nice property centrally located with the main areas of Florence. The Duomo is in sight from the balcony.

we found our room a little gloomy with no real decoration, it had no charm and the removable shower did not enchant us. big black point, the parking, on the ad, it is clearly specified that there is parking but at no time that it will be chargeable (25€ for 24 hours). straight away, that raises the bill, otherwise very nice staff. Sincerely.

I was assigned room number 30. Unfortunately an inadmissible room: incredibly small; the ceiling very low; two small windows open above the bed; the toilet is incredibly narrow so that you can hardly turn around and you almost have to lie over the toilet when showering; the water from the shower flew against the door and thus into the whole room (little room!!!); you can hear almost everything that's going on in the room next door. Then there's the fact that you ended up paying €4.00... There was no mention of that when I booked. It seems that everything is reason enough to get the visitor's money. The breakfast was pretty good. The reception was also staffed by nice people. I am of the opinion that such a room should not be allowed at all. I will not recommend this hotel (my experience is limited to room number 30. I can't talk about the other rooms! - to any of my friends or acquaintances.
