Very spacious, location is great , many restaurants and bars nearby , quite lively at night. Might be a bit noisy when people are high with drinks . Just that the water pressure not strong enough . Otherwise I enjoyed my stay :)

Very good location, clean hotel. Staff super polite, very helpful, speak good English.
Breakfast ok, room with nice review.
Location great if you are traveling by train. All the other places reachable by walking. Room is spacious, air conditioner works well.
We enjoyed our stay here. Definetly recommend.

The location of the hotel is near the train station, very close to the Florence Pavilion. It is convenient to visit the exhibition. The retro elevator and warm service are very good. The breakfast is on the roof, which is not bad

The transportation is convenient, the railway station is just across a big road, and the scenic spots are on foot
within 20 minutes. The room facilities and elevator are relatively old, breakfast is eaten on the top floor, the view is okay, the food is good, and my friends like the banana cheese for breakfast.

出差最後一晚入住，電梯是老式的帶柵欄門那種，非常有年代感。樓裏面有很多酒店，一家挨着一家，前台很迷你但是服務態度不錯，房間雖然小但是乾淨整潔安靜。總體感覺就像住在老歐洲的那種老房子裏面，最關鍵是離火車站很近，很值得體驗一下！

Located near Santa Maria novella, not far from our favourite places in firenze (we visit Firenze often) .
Helpful and service minded staff. Nice room. Clean.
The only negative thing is that the staff made noise outside our room from 7am. Noise and loud talking.
The other negative thing is the breakfast. It was cold when we arrived 9:30. Bread was dry/hard, egg and bacon was cold. It was just like we had leftovers.
Anyway, the total impression is good and we may come back later 😊
