The room is in a great location, very close to the train station. The staff is very welcoming and also provides free luggage storage service.

location is good, just 5 minutes' walk to Florence S.M train station, breakfast is good, bread, cake, yogurt, cheese, ham, tomato, boiled egg, fruits, coffee.., good enough to me. but the hotel is not at the ground floor, you need to walk up about 10 stairsteps, the lift is very old style but safe, the room is clean except the floor bricks are a bit old and they should put hanger or hook on the wall of toilet, nowhere to hang our towels.

The location is great. It's right next to the train station and close to the city. The service staff is great. The room is big and there is an elevator. It's convenient to go everywhere. I think it's a great choice for economical travel. I will consider coming back next time. live.

Other than being close to the station, the facilities are very poor.
The room is cold and it's really embarrassing if there's a hair dryer in the bathroom.
