Great location and near the terminal station. The hotel is perfect for staying a couple of days. The staff was very nice and really helpful. About the breakfast a few options but overall 10 out of 10.

The location is excellent, right by the station! It was incredibly helpful that they held our luggage after check-out. All the staff were friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was delicious, though there were many sweet options like cakes.

Location is great, very close to the tram station and many restaurants nearby. However, they don’t change your towels daily and there were a few stains on it too.

Overall, it's fine for a one-night stay. The breakfast was decent, but the hotel is quite dated.

Without a doubt, the hotel boasts one of the best locations in all of Florence. The handsome Italian man at the front desk provided impeccable service. However, the only downside is that the rooms are quite small and appear a bit basic. Nonetheless, they are well-equipped and the soundproofing is fairly good.

The room is in a great location, very close to the train station. The staff is very welcoming and also provides free luggage storage service.

It was an okay hotel, but nothing particularly memorable.

location is good, just 5 minutes' walk to Florence S.M train station, breakfast is good, bread, cake, yogurt, cheese, ham, tomato, boiled egg, fruits, coffee.., good enough to me. but the hotel is not at the ground floor, you need to walk up about 10 stairsteps, the lift is very old style but safe, the room is clean except the floor bricks are a bit old and they should put hanger or hook on the wall of toilet, nowhere to hang our towels.
