Very near to the train station, skip the breakfast and u r better off with breakfast at Mac which is opposite the hotel. Do note that reception knocks off at 10pm, but it’s ok. They will teach u how to open the gate. Room was super huge, not sure if they gave us an upgrade. Clean and comfortable

Excellent location，close to railway station and most scenery spots. Lots of restaurants n supermarkets nearby. The entrance to the hotel parking area is really really really challenging.

Stayed here for 2 night. The hotel was located in a very good location, near to the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station with only few minutes walk. There were Mcd, restaurants and convenient stores nearby the hotel. It was near to the Mercato Centrale too. All the attractions can be reached by walking.
Lift landing was available in the hotel. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. He welcomed us during the first day we touched down and greets us every day. The room was so spacious. Overall it was a really good experience staying in this hotel.👍👍👍

Great location. Two blocks from Mercato Centrale. Also walking distance from the railway station. The hotel is within an inner courtyard and it is quiet even though it is in a busy area.

The hotel is very small, with 4 different hotels in the same building. But the location is excellent, it is estimated that it is only about 200 meters away from Florence Central Station and the bus station. The surrounding squares and museums can be walked to, which is very convenient. We took a bus from the bus station to Siena, and the round trip was smooth.
The hotel room is not big, the facilities are relatively simple, there is no kettle, no disposable slippers, and toiletries need to be brought by yourself. The cups for brushing teeth in the bathroom are not provided, only two disposable plastic cups are given. There are 2 bottles of free water in the water bar every day. Compared with the hotel's relatively simple facilities, the room price is expensive and the cost performance is low.
Probably because the hotel is very small, there are relatively few varieties of breakfast, there is nothing to choose from, and it is unremarkable. There are 2 restaurants for Chinese food outside the hotel.
