First, the reception wasn’t at the same building as the flat. No email or WhatsApp message to inform us. ( it was the t junction with another hotel name mentioned. Then the lift was so mini and under maintenance. The stair was even horrible. At night the corridors was just so scary without light equipped. Can’t sleep at night due cause it was that bad and horrified

Hard to find the hotel, key needs to be collected to another place and then move to hotel.

The room really needs renovation; the doors were broken, and the faucets were stained. Its only advantage is its proximity to attractions and the train station, and there's a decent Tang Dynasty Chinese restaurant nearby. Initially, it was impossible to find the check-in area; it was just a guesthouse with terrible soundproofing. The photos on Ctrip were severely different from the actual room.

Very bad. You have to check in across the street, then walk a long way to your own place after being given a set of keys. The whole process of finding a room is like escaping a secret room. The soundproofing is very poor, and there are not even any water cups. The bathroom layout is also very difficult to use.

The hotel is in the center of Firenze, a 15-minute walk away from Firenze Santa Maria Novella. Stanza, pur essendo piuttosto vecchia, è pulita.
The hotel is located in the center of Florence, about a 15-minute walk from Florence Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Before checking into the apartment, you need to collect the keys at the Hotel Veneto opposite. This is a historic apartment with old facilities, but the room is clean. However, due to some noise around, if someone is sensitive to noise, this hotel may not be suitable for them.
