Terrible place. Old building with construction inside. Stinking corridors. The room on ground floor, no sunlight and overlooking inside of the building. Smelly again. And to top it all the bedsheets were not changed, someone's hair everywhere. In the batthroom too. The owner didn't care nor provided compensation.

The room was acceptable, quite large, but nothing to remember. Overall, the price quality ratio is not a very good one for a tourist. It is quite clean (anyway, not up to my standards), but the room was in need for a rehabilitation, cracks in the walls, no painting in some areas, mold in the bathroom…the breakfast consists in 1 croissant and one coffee at a nearby cafe (nothing else included, really…only this and some water, so better book without breakfast, it seems to me the breakfast comes only by the name, in reality it is something ridiculous). The family room is at the ground floor, it has almost no natural light, only a small window with a view to an area from the interior courtyard (very dirty and smelly). I did not know that (i did not find any mention about the room location on the ground floor, i think it is important for everyone to know that). There are hot water, ac, cable tv, 2 refrigerators, one small kitchen, towels. One big advantage is the location, in the middle of the downtown. The owner/admin seems to be a nice person, i have no complains. In the end, if you ask me if i would stay here again, my answer is simple: probably no, it gave me a low cost feeling, i think you can find better at the same price.

Lovely place and very nice owner (Nicola). You will find yourself very close to the city center and the train station (Santa Maria Novella) but the hotel is quite. Breakfast is at the downstairs bar. Great value for money.

Leggendo le recensioni credo ci siano diverse tipologie di alloggi. La mia esperienza nell appartamento denominato Oblivium 1 non corrisponde alla presentazione della stessa. Niente ciabatte,niente cioccolatini,niente colazione compresa. Economico, ma qualcosa di meglio si può fare. La struttura purtroppo non ha finestre, se non un apertura in camera che da in un angusto cortile simil discarica. L appartamento è a piano terra è umidissimo e regna sovrano un persiste e sgradevole odore di misto muffa /chiuso/fogna. La posizione è eccellente. Il kit da bagno(cuffie, sapone ,shampoo ,lamette ,spazzolini ,asciugamani) molto bene. Dimensioni generose, Letto matrimoniale comodo,divano letto rumorosissimo. L angolo cottura veramente sporco, polvere,polvere ovunque dentro ai cassetti sopra la cappa,tra le stoviglie. Purtroppo non c'è la possibilità di parlare con qualcuno se non al telefono ,dove l addetto è stato molto gentile ma purtroppo non abbiamo risolto il problema dell assenza di acqua calda in doccia.

I punti di forza sono sicuramente la posizione, le stanze silenziose e ben riscaldate, la pulizia. Mancano però alcuni dettagli a nostro avviso, come il frigo bar senza una bottiglia d'acqua - che poi non viene data neanche alla colazione al bar - o gli asciugamani piccoli. Per una notte a 125€ è lecito aspettarsi di più. La colazione in particolare non va bene, perché alla richiesta di un tramezzino al bar, ci rispondono che con il buono si ha diritto solo al cornetto.

Soggiorno molto piacevole. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, camera matrimoniale spaziosa, luminosa, curata e pulita, anche adeguatamente insonorizzata (fatto comprovato visto che durante la nostra permanenza c'era un cantiere nel palazzo di fronte). Presenti asciugamani, phon, bollitore, vari the e tisane e alcuni snack in camera. Colazione inclusa (si fa al bar sottostante mostrando apposito bigliettino, molto buono). Vicinissimo a Santa Maria novella, circa 2 Min, e vicino al centro storico, massima distanza Santa Croce con 10-15 min a piedi. Rapporto qualità - prezzo ottimo, non si poteva trovare di meglio allo stesso prezzo e tuttavia non ha nulla da invidiare a soggiorni simili che avevano prezzi più alti. Consigliatissimo!

Ho soggiornato a Firenze con mia moglie presso questa struttura restando soddisfatto del trattamento riservatomi soprattutto per la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei conduttori. Camera pulita ed accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort essenziali. Consiglio vivamente questa location in virtù anche della favorevole distanza dal centro percorribile in non più di 5 minuti a piedi. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ci ritorneremo senz'altro!

Location centralissima, camera si presenta sistemata, bagno privato spazioso e pulito. Proprietario gentile, offre la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia prima che dopo il pernottamento. Colazione inclusa in un bar a 30 metri dalla struttura. Sono stato bene. Consiglio: si potrebbe arredare l'ingresso con qualche prodottoper eliminare i cattivi associati al chiuso o muffa.
