中規中矩，進門的樓梯又陡又高，並不會有任何人幫助你。房間很小，行李箱都不能完全打開，離景點較遠，步行50分鐘的樣子。早餐簡樸。

Very friendly and kind staff, warm atmosphere, nice location especially if you have a car. We enjoyed the evenings at the small salon. Ideal for couples who want to visit Florence without to stay in the city centre.

Very well run hotel. Everything that you need for a stay in Florence. Beds were comfy. Room spacious with a nice feeling. Bathroom was small but well appointed. Staff very helpful with recommendations and travel instructions. Much more in keeping with the Italian atmosphere than more modern souless hotels. There is a huge supermarket opposite which is very useful. Getting the bus to town and back was simple and cheap with a stop outside or one behind the supermarket. We bought tickets from the supermarket cashier and from the hotel reception. Also the Cotton Bar opposite was great value. Will definitely stay again.

I cannot say enough about this hotel. My biggest mistake was not booking it for our return at the end of the trip. Staff was so helpful, the place was lovely, rooms clean and comfortable, and breakfast was a delightful surprise! I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Charming little hotel close to Florence city centre. Staff all very friendly and speak excellent English. Rooms comfortable and breakfast was lovely with fresh filled croissants available every morning! Only thing to note is that entrance is up some steep stairs, with no lift - so be aware if you have mobility issues.

On arrival our heart sank when we saw the stairs from the front door to reception . Having checked in, there were 2 more flights to our room. I have a heart condition and my husband sciatica so this was not good! And definitely needs to be included in hotel description. The tea room with complimentary drinks/snacks which we were looking forward to after sightseeing, closed in 2020. This needs to be removed from hotel description. Distance stated to city centre also needs to be changed as much further . Rooms clean but dated. Breakfast adequate but needs variation if staying longer than couple of nights. Staff extremely pleasant. Also we had to pay for the biscuits that were with coffee/tea makng. Although listed in mini bar list, it was not obvious. They wernt the best biscuits either!!

We loved our room. Very clean and well decorated. The hotel staff was very helpful, even sold us bus tickets. The owner is very pleasant. Loved the breakfast and the gentlemen even makes you a Cappuccino. Exceptional..

The Rosary Garden is an elegant old-school hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. There are many restaurants nearby.

The hotel and the room were really beautiful and had a cosy atmosphere. Staff was very helpful and amazing throughout my stay. It is easy to get to the city center, it’s well connected with a bus very nearby.
