Globus Urban Hotel

I booked this hotel because the flight was cancelled, so I didn't do any research, but I'm very happy with it, the location is very good and the nearest attractions are only walking distance. The service here is very good and the breakfast is very good and their coffee is made by hand. It's also a comfortable place to rest. It is recommended.

Everything went well, great location, a lot of nice chinese supermarkets and restaurants downstairs. Not much noisy at night. Room is clean, staffs are nice!

I woke for an early flight and had no water in my bathroom. I went to the front desk and was told this happens often because there are water pressure issues at the hotel. I was assured the water would return. I returned to my room and but still no water. I packed and the water never returned so I was unable to shower or brush my teeth before departing a 4:30am. The front desk clerk assured me that I would be refunded the cost of the room based on the fact that I did not have a working bathroom; however, they never refunded my money. They refuse to take any responsibility for the fact that I reserved a room with an attached bathroom and did not end up having a working bathroom. The front desk clerk said this was a common issue with the hotel's water pressure but later the hotel tried to say it was a one-time issue caused by the city. Either way they did not provide what I paid for and they refused to refund the cost of the room. The room cost me 156.41 and they would rather lose a customer than refund the money. Would strongly discourage anyone from staying here based on the lack of water and based on how they handled the situation. I am a frequent traveler and I have never been left without water and I have never had a hotel refuse to refund a room when they did not fulfil their side of the contract.
