very disapointed, O expected something usable, we didn't had a shower because of the clearliness... Btw, the location is amazing, but in fact, the windows are so fine so we heard everyting from the street. I am not blaming the hotel for the truck in the street making noise until 3am but it was part of the disaster.

Il letto è crollato mentre dormivamo.abbiamo scoperto che aveva le zampe rotte ed era sostenuto da un secchio di vernice (!!!).il proprietario ci ha spostato in una stanza senza riscaldamento e con la tavoletta del water rotto.indecente.

Siamo stati una sola notte, ma è come se l'abbiamo passata dentro una cella o una casella del maiale. Partiamo dalla stanza: fili per terra nastrati, prese vicino ai comodini non funzionanti né a sinistra né a destra, pavimento rovinato. Passiamo al bagno: porta che non si chiude, doccia senza tenda e piatto, situata davanti alla porta che non si chiude così da far venire acqua in camera, tubi rumorosi penso attappati, assenza di bidè. Camera non silenziosa, e mancante di WiFi. Non andate, poi se volete andare sapete quello che vi spetta. E incredibile che booking o TripAdvisor mettono questi annunci da gente che dovrebbe essere denunciata per un servizio pessimo.

A parte la posizione, si trova in centro, quindi comodo, tutto il resto è da dimenticare!! Appena si entra nello stabile, siamo stati colpite dalla puzza che si respirava. Entrate in camera abbiamo trovato un ambiente sporco, il letto con le lenzuola macchiate, asciugamani sporchi di dentifricio, pavimento sporco come i vetri delle finestre. Il bagno con pareti ammuffite, le fughe dei pavimento marroni, bidet inesistente….. Ciliegina sulla torta: uscite in mattinata per la colazione e rientrate prima dell’ora del check-out per ritirare le nostre cose abbiamo avuto l’amara sorpresa di trovarci la camera svuotata dai nostri effetti personali. Senza parole…..
