Very pleasantly surprised hotel! The location is excellent, close to the American Consulate in Fei Leng Cui and the river. The hotel is in the rental part of a villa. There are not many rooms, but they are all large, with high ceilings and murals, just like in an old castle. The service staff are friendly and responsive. The breakfast room is also very cultural, the food is a la carte, cooked to order, tastes good, and the waiters are very friendly. Parking is also available, but you have to pay a parking fee of 30 euros per day, and the hotel staff will help you park in a nearby parking lot. This is the most comfortable hotel in our trip to Italy.

Well... the hotel was about 2 miles from the sights. Too far to walk. River low, mosquitoes everywhere especially in our room. No room service, no desk to do my makeup. Place was old and shabby, and the bed was like sleeping on the floor. So although the balcony was lovely, we couldn't enjoy it.

Excellent location on the river, clean facility and responsive staff. I did not like having to ask housekeeping to clean the room (upon request). It is best to stay on the highest floor because you can certain hear guest walking if you are a light sleeper. Nonethless, this was my favorite hotel from my stay in Italy.

We had a great stay at Lungarno Vespucci 50. The hotel is one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in and we loved sitting on the rooftop terrace looking out on to the river. The hotel was just a short, scenic walk from the centre of town and was in a very quiet, peaceful location. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

What an amazing surprise this little hotel. I can live in the breakfast room with its 200 yr old frescoes. Comfy beds, lovely staff, and safe neighborhood! Can't get better!

The room was gorgeous and they even offered Hermes soap and shampoo/conditioner. They also gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne. However, we booked a room with a terrace that was supposed to have views of the city but the hotel was doing construction and had a huge scaffolding blocking it. One morning we had the doors open to enjoy the weather and after taking a shower I walked out to change and a construction worker was basically on our balcony! While I was naked!!!! We told the front desk when we left but they couldn't care less. I would NEVER spend this kind of money for a place like this, lesson learned and disappointed.

Quiet and safe neighborhood. Staff are amazing. Very clean room. Easy access to all amenities and attractions. The roof top terrace looks over the river, so peaceful.
The only thing I could say negative would be the carpet in the hallway should be replaced, and that would be the only thing. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property, small yet cozy. Staff are friendly, and we especially appreciated the welcome drinks the receptionist offered while we were waiting for the room, and the introduction of nearby attractions. Great location by the side of the canal.
