Aunque reservamos supuestamente un “Loft”, cuando llegamos allí nos dieron un ático sin apenas ventana que nada tenía que ver a las fotos de nuestra reserva. Lo comentamos en recepción y con gran soberbia y antipatía nos respondieron que eso era culpa de Trip.com por no subir fotos realistas de las habitaciones, sin aportar ninguna solución. Además, la limpieza deja mucho que desear ya que había PELOS EN LAS PAREDES del baño (adjunto foto). No lo recomendaría a nadie.

我訂咗三人房，房間可以，不過衝廁有問題！早餐簡直是惡夢，還收8歐！給你吃預先包裝餅乾，蛋糕之類的甜食！牛角包都沒有，離譜！最差的是要你10：00前退房！我們退房後，寄存一下行李，出去走一圈，大概12：00左右回來取時，想用一下廁所，竟然說所有房間正在打掃，拒絕使用！非常離譜！不推介😡😡😡

Neat old hotel. Lots of stairs and elevator is really small. Owner lives there, very nice. Towels were not your normal ones as they looked like plain cloth but they worked really well. Neighborhood not great but typical for the city in general. It worked for us.

Nice room. Quiet and clean. Wi fi good. It is a 170 year old building so stairs are narrow and steep. Elevator is tiny so forget luggage, your hauling it yourself.

Rude host, 1 coffee in the morning, no change of towels and now in response to my friends review they are also liars. We are not party going kids, we did not leave food all over the floor or poop in the toilet, this place is a joke. Stay elsewhere, Florence is beautiful, don't let a rotten hotel ruin it

Terrible location,rough area owners are rude 1 towel each for 3 nights and not changed. Breakfast is nominal no fruit and only allowed 1 coffee Got there early knew we couldn’t get into our room till three but asked them if we could rest a bit and use a bathroom but no was there answer wouldn't even let us use a bathroom Stay away from this place at all costs What a dump All our other hotels in Italy were great same star rating

Booked the superior deluxe room and paid 640 for 3 nights plus 36 eu tax no breakfast. Room was nothing like superior let alone deluxe. I asked if it was what i booked the answer was of course! Just a normal economy room with a shower.No refrigerator in room but I asked for a kettle for hot water(providing my own coffee sachets)and it was provided. Soap in room is just 3 sachets of "shampoo" .Towels were clean although very thin and hot water was very good. Pillows were so flat had to double them up .When asked for another pillow, manager said we don't have extra. A/c in room gets closed off or up to a certain temperature and when I asked not to switch off manager said they regulate the temperature themselves. It was 38 ° that weekend. People said you're not allowed to use the lift but we did and the owners didn't say anything. You don't always get what you pay for .
