Everything was great. The reception staff were very welcoming. We were also able to leave our luggage for storage.

Everything was perfect, I do recommend this place either for a short or long stay. Everything was beyond my expectations. We really had a great stay.

The location has a little distance from the city center. The room is mediocre but clean

Our room was located near the stairs and we were woken up by people passing by at night and in the morning. The towels provided by the hotel had some unknown and disgusting items on them, I attached the pictures. Other than that, everything was good.

Good location and pleasant environment.

THe hotel is dated - it would be nice to look old on the outside and up to date on the inside. It was hard to figure out how to turn on the AC - glad it worked though. Location is good, but the problem is parking - you cannot park on the street - had to park about 10-12 minute away, in a public parking. Breakfast is surprisingly good, with several options to choose from. The extra bed was flimsy, with the wood springs falling twice. Not a lot of space in the room - but, in a way, expected in Europe (especially coming from US). It would be good for the people upfront to share all the options and restrictions when it comes to parking. The lady in the morning included my car in the system, because you can get a ticket even by entering the restricted area.

Nice and well located hotel

This is a great value accommodation option in Florence; it's hard to find such a good hotel at this price. The neighborhood is quiet at night, yet close to the attractions. The front desk was very helpful in helping us with our luggage and guiding us to check-in. The hotel provides a refrigerator and a shared kitchen. Breakfast, while simple, was also very plentiful.

This is a small guesthouse with very poor hygiene. The facilities are very old and the sanitation is extremely poor! The windows are extremely dirty. It was the worst hotel on our European trip. There was a lot of noise outside, and the only small window was completely blocked by iron frames and couldn't be opened! The air conditioning didn't cool at all, it was hot and stuffy with no ventilation! The smell was also very strong! It was extremely uncomfortable. The lighting was also very dim, like entering hell! The WiFi also had no signal. I reported it to the hotel, but they insisted that it was comparable to a 5-star hotel and there were no problems. They also said that the price would drop to 700-800 RMB near the date of booking, but in reality, it was only worth 500-600 RMB at most. Everyone should be careful, otherwise you will regret it if you book a room...

The hotel is good for an overnight stay. The only thing we had was that the room in the picture did not match the real room where we were accommodated. A delicious breakfast was included, a bunch of delicious croissants of different tastes and colors. Wonderful hotel in an old building. Walking distance to the center of Florence is about 10 minutes. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Kettle, tea bags, glasses, mugs, refrigerator in the room. Reception helped by phone to contact the hotel in another city to which we were moving. Left our luggage in storage for several hours after check-out until the transfer arrived for us! Attached are photos of the room for rest, meeting and with a Christmas tree…. Recommended!
