The hotel is in a great location, you can walk to everything. Restaurants, shopping and many beaux sites and museums. Staff was extremely friendly, top notch service and bath and beds clean, well-appointed and super comfortable

Loved staying at this hotel, decided to extend my stay by an extra day and will absolutely stay here whenever I return to Florence. The hotel is very conveniently located and kept in great condition. The place was very clean, the WiFi was super reliable and they also provide you with a cell phone to use during your stay at no additional cost. The staff also goes above and beyond to help with all of your needs. Highly recommend!

Incredible stay! We cannot say enough good things about our experience. Staff was extremely helpful with supporting us during our honeymoon providing cafes, dinner reservations, and navigating city. They even booked us a private driver to the country side with stops in Siena and San Gimignano, as well as made us lunch reservations at winery. We will definitely be back to Florence and stay here again!

Excellent location. Very friendly staff. The room was very clean and larger than I expected. Overall an excellent experience. I will be staying here when I visit Florence next year.

The staff was great. Location perfect. AC not really cool even if you put it at minimum. The door in the bathroom is completly clear wich it make it very uncomfortable. From the bed you can see the toilet. No to much channels in the TV. No even one in English.
