This hotel is absolute trash, and they discriminate against Chinese guests. We booked two classic rooms, but without informing us, they unilaterally 'upgraded' us to deluxe rooms. In reality, these were the worst rooms, right by the fire escape, with one even lacking a proper enclosed shower. The other had terrible soundproofing because it was next to the fire escape, and we could hear the DJ across the street blasting music until midnight. When I went down to negotiate, they initially refused to switch my parents' room, the one without an enclosed shower. I started off very calmly, but they still wouldn't budge. Then, a North African woman next to them started yelling at me in Italian. I yelled back in Chinese, not backing down. I told them that if my elderly parents slipped on the wet floor, it wouldn't just be about changing rooms – they'd be facing a lawsuit. Only then did they finally agree, saying, 'Okay, okay, we'll switch it for you.' They fawned all over their American 'daddies and mummies,' practically kissing their butts. When an American tour group arrived, they were all given the best rooms. The night before, I asked the restaurant to have breakfast ready promptly at 6:30 AM, and they agreed enthusiastically. But the next morning, when I asked the front desk if breakfast was ready, they played dumb, pretending they knew nothing about it. They made us wait 15 minutes for breakfast, almost making us miss our next activity. This hotel is absolute garbage! Five stars for being terrible.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with a bus stop right outside, a large supermarket directly behind it, and a Chinese supermarket next door, making shopping incredibly convenient. Free parking is available, though the parking lot is quite small. While the facilities are a bit dated, the hotel was spotless. Upon arriving around 11 AM, we were pleasantly surprised to be checked in immediately. The lobby is very spacious. However, after a two-night stay, I did inexplicably find two insect bites on my body, though I can't be certain they occurred at the hotel.

Hands down, this was the best hotel we stayed at in Italy during our European trip. The room was incredibly spacious, featured a bathtub, and the breakfast buffet was superb. It comfortably accommodated the three of us. The hotel is directly accessible from the main train station by taking the T2 tram (towards the airport), which is about a 13-minute ride. While it's a bit further from the old town, the tram connection makes it incredibly convenient to get around. Personally, I prefer not to stay in the old town; it tends to be noisy and crowded. Plus, hotels there often feel cramped and lack good natural light.

The location is extremely convenient, being very close to the T2 tram stop. While the room isn't huge, it's perfectly adequate for two, and was clean and tidy. The service was excellent. Highly recommended.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with free parking. There's a light rail station right outside the entrance, providing easy access to the old town. Additionally, a large supermarket behind the hotel makes shopping incredibly convenient. The rooms are clean and bright. The breakfast spread is generous, and the croissants were particularly delicious. Highly recommended.

Although the room isn't in the city center, its location is extremely convenient. Tram T2 is right outside, offering easy access everywhere, and there's a large supermarket directly behind the hotel for water, fruit, and snacks. The hotel definitely shows its age, but it's kept impeccably clean. The only minor issue was a sewer-like smell upon entering the room, whose source I couldn't identify. It vanished after I turned off the air conditioning and didn't return even when the AC was switched back on later. Slippers were provided, which was a thoughtful touch!
