My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights during the Chinese New Year and we were very satisfied! The location is very good, all attractions are within walking distance (the farthest Michelangelo Square is about 35 minutes away, it is OK to visit the city on the way back). Our room faced the atrium, which was very quiet. The breakfast is quite rich (you have to be able to adapt to European cold meats/cheese, etc.), and it was acceptable for us to eat it for 6 consecutive days. On the last day, we have to catch a flight at 6:30 in the morning, and the restaurant also provides lunch boxes, so it’s OK to have a full meal. The waiters at the counter/restaurant and in the room are very polite and worthy of praise! The hotel's lounge is quite atmospheric and can be used to relax. It's also very close to the train station, about a 10-minute walk. It's also very convenient for a day trip to Pisa to see the Leaning Tower. We are considering coming back with our kids (the art treasures here are so worth it) and would choose this hotel again if we come again!

A relatively decent hotel, with a relatively small area and a somewhat dated feel to the facilities. The hotel lobby is very nice, but the rooftop terrace is a bit sluggish due to the off-season. The attitude of the service staff was very good, but a bottle of champagne was placed in the room in ice cubes, and a card with blessings was written on it. The room is nice and the location is good. It is between the tourist attractions and the train station, and you can walk to anywhere. Except for Piazzale Michelangelo.
