The hotel is very well-located (though Florence is compact and walkable and this will be true for most hotels). It is in the heart of the high end shopping district. And just a short walk to most of the major sites. The staff was friendly and helpful. The building is historic but updated.

Gorgeous historical property centrally located. Our triple had ample room and a bath and a half which was great for three female travelers. The daybed was a little smaller than expected. Staff went above and beyond.

Nice hotel but rooms are very small. Bathroom is a joke. Cruise ship Bathroom is bigger than this. Great location. View is not good.
