The worst housing experience, the ceiling is missing a piece, the toilet flush needs to be pressed 3 times to be effective, and the shower head is broken. The socket has not been guaranteed. It is the same as it was used 30 or 40 years ago. It feels like the socket may be pulled out when plugged in and unplugged. There will be a sound of current when the light is turned on. The sound insulation is very poor on the side of the road, and the ventilation is very poor. There is nothing acceptable about the hotel except the location

Hotel "in its own juice": old-fashioned room and decoration, worn-out bathtub bordering on dirty...
Came to run the marathon, breakfast exceptionally served at 6:30 am (which is late anyway) was not served on time All the runners had to manage not to run on an empty stomach.

Room humid and smells moistless. Air conditioning so noisy in the little ! Photo are not the reality on the web site, it is a false publication !! Awful experience, this is the worst room I got in Firenze, soundproofing is pour..... Never again

The staff is so pleasant especially Gaia who was one of the clerk for our days there. The breakfast staff was also very helpful and the breakfast was very good as well.

I loved the hotel and location but it was unable to provide us good internet speed. When I complaint, they just said that too many people are using it. They are using single wifi for two floors!
Breakfast box could be better as someone is paying full despite we need to leave early.
