The ladies working at the reception desk were so sweet & incredibly helpful. The location is really great. We were able to get to most everything in the city pretty quickly.

The location was perfect. The staff was great. The breakfast did not have alot of variety. I didn't like that you had to turn in your room key every time you left the room. They did let us check in early for one of our rooms.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel!! The breakfast is amazing, staff is amazing and it is centrally located to everything in Florence. I will definitely stay here again when I come back!

The staff was beyond amazing. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing, the staff made fresh cappuccino or espressos upon request, and a great variety of options from delicious pastries, fresh fruit. antipasto, breads, jams and jellies, boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, nuts and dried fruit. Our only criticism is the shower, we managed to get the whole bathroom wet each shower, no shower curtain. But that was nothing, we would stay there over and over again.

We stayed there with a 17 month toddler, room was very tight. We smelled cigarette smoke almost everyday which bothered my son a lot during his sleep and we weren’t sure where it was coming from. Breakfast was pretty basic, staff are outstanding and very friendly. Location is phenomenal, everything is very walkable. Overall clean and safe.

We could not have possibly been more pleased with this amazing hotel. The hotel was quaint, clean and maintained the feel of staying in an ancient city! Our hostesses and hosts made us feel valued, welcomed and safe. Fabulous breakfast spread every morning including fresh baked pastries, fruit, etc. and coffees made by our dear Anna who knew our preferences after one day! This stay added to our absolute wonderful memory making first trip to Italy. Gracia! Gracia!

We stayed in the family room which was large and comfortable. The beds abs pillows were great and the room had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved how close we were to the centre of Florence but felt very tucked away in the hotel.

This hotel definitely met our needs for a reasonably priced stay that was just steps away from the Duomo and the central historic district of Florence. The rooms were clean, and the included breakfast was very good. The downsides I would say is that the rooms and shower are small, and in our case, the TV did not work. But overall, I was more than happy with this hotel for the price and would recommend it to others.
