The B&B is like a mix of a Hotel, B&B and a hostel. You get some basic breakfast for a decent price, you have a shared kitchen and balcony and you communicate directly with the owner Lorenzo. We were very happy with our stay. Lorenzo is super nice and the location was good for us. You are within walking distance of the main attractions while still being in a quiet area with quite some restaurants.

B&B 57 was a lovely place to stay! From the moment I made the booking, Lorenzo made sure that I was updated and able to easily find the location. The B&B is spotless and very comfortable. Great host and a great flat. I would definitely return.

Where should I start? There are so many positive things to tell about this amazing host. The communicaiton was on point. If we had any questions or a delayed check in time Lorenzo was quick to answer us by text or phone call. At our arrival he promptly invited us to a glas of wine in his charming fiaschetteria, which i highly recommend to visit if you're interested in some light traditional dishes from the region accompanied by a variety of local wines. After that he gave us a tour around the B&B and we were very pleased by the size and the offered facilities. Everything was clean and tidy and also nicely decorated. He briefly gave us some suggestions for the city of Florence, places to avoid, where to get some groceries and also information about public transport if needed. For the region of Tuscany he also gave us some very good recommendations for our day trips. On top of that Lorenzo also went out of his way to help us when we had a problem with our car and we had to bring it to the repair shop. All in all we were delighted with our stay and highly recommend to book his amazing Bed and Breakfast.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura dopo un concerto quindi la nostra permanenza è stata molto breve però Lorenzo ci ha fornito tutte le spiegazioni necessarie per poter accedere anche senza il bisogno di fare il check in in presenza ( vista l'ora tarda) e ci ha anche lasciato il nostro cestino per la colazione del giorno dopo! Anche per eventi futuri sicuramente torneremo in questa struttura

Tudo ótimo e muito limpo. O banheiro compartilhado em nenhum momento tivemos algum problema. Lorenzo é uma pessoa ótima. Nossa primeira vez em um B&B e foi da melhor forma. Se for em grupo a experiência será excelente. Apesar de ficar longe das principais atrações mas você pode ir andando e curtindo Florença que é muito segura.

La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla di Firenze, dalla parte opposta della stazione rispetto al centro. Per raggiungerla con i bagagli abbiamo preso l’autobus C2, che dalla stazione ci ha portato comodamente nei pressi del B&B. Tutti gli spostamenti senza valigie invece li abbiamo fatti a piedi, e qui quello che per molti potrebbe rappresentare un ostacolo, ossia i circa 20 minuti di camminata dal centro storico, diventano invece punto di forza della struttura, che consente di fare quotidianamente una splendida passeggiata lungo l’Arno. Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto, dall’accoglienza, la disponibilità e la cortesia di Lorenzo, il proprietario, fino alla pulizia dei luoghi e la flessibilità per richieste personalizzate come il recupero dei bagagli a fine soggiorno. Lo consiglierò senz’altro a amici e colleghi.

….abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura per 2 giorni. Volendo riassumere la nostra esperienza potremmo definire che a prima vista salta all’occhio una struttura bella ben tenuta e soprattutto pulita. Il proprietario Lorenzo disponibile e presente per suggerimenti vari ( dove pranzare o come arrivare in un posto che si desidera visitare ). Struttura consigliata per chi è propenso a possibili ma non necessari momenti di condivisone. Consigliatissima ++++

Per il nostro weekend toccata e fuga a Firenze abbiamo scelto questo B&B e siamo rimasti molto contenti, pulizia impeccabile, ambiente tranquillo ed accogliente ed arredato con gusto. Lorenzo ci ha accolto con gentilezza e simpatia, consigliandoci come muoverci e cosa visitare, e con grande disponibilità ha esaudito le mie richieste per la colazione senza glutine esendo celiaca. Buona la posizione, con una passeggiata di 15-20 minuti si raggiunge il centro storico di Firenze con tutte le sue bellezze. Stra-consigliato!
