Hu Firenze Camping in Town

Booked for 3 nights, and the room wasn't cleaned daily, which was a bit disappointing.

The surroundings are really nice, and there's an outdoor pool. Even though it closed early due to the off-season and I didn't get to swim, the weather was absolutely perfect during those days, adding a filter to everything. It's a bit far from the attractions, and the bus station was very busy at check-out time. The tent got a little cold at night, but you can use the AC for heating, so it was fine. It might be more comfortable to visit in the summer, as winter is just too cold.

The facilities are basic. For a two-day stay with three people, we were only given one roll of toilet paper, and housekeeping never cleaned our room. They even charged us for luggage storage. What's most infuriating is the attitude of some staff members. After I checked out and picked up my luggage, I needed to use the restroom. A black staff member at the entrance not only yelled at me but even cursed at me, using foul language. I strongly advise everyone not to stay at this hotel; they insult their customers! I'm lodging a complaint!

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel itself was very clean. Although it wasn't a large space, I found the design to be very efficient, and it had everything we needed. We brought our dog and paid an additional pet fee, but they provided a generous amount of dog treats and supplies, which I thought was a really thoughtful touch.
