Difficult to locate at first. Then you only access the building and apartment via an internet link that is emailed the day before, so you must have network access (eg an Italian SIM card) or else you can’t get into the building. 4 narrow steep flights of stairs to the room then again need to unlock the door via the email link. However, you don’t get cell phone reception in the stairwell. So someone needs to stay at the apartment door while the other goes back down the stairs, outside to get a signal to unlock the door. I’ve no idea what you’d do if you were on your own. 2 of the mattresses are so old you feel the springs digging into your body. The windows don’t close properly as the closing locks are broken, so prepare for noise (ear plugs are a must). Great shower (it’s new) and handy to have a kitchen. There’s no phone number and I had to call ******* to get an email address to request access details. More negatives than positives. Would pay more and stay elsewhere next time.

Our experience could have been better. The cleanliness was correct. However, the equipment (kitchen and bathroom utensils) was scarce.
The photographs that appear on the web do not correspond to what we have found. The views over the city do not exist. Beware of mosquitoes.
Upon our arrival there was only one large bath towel. We had to ask for more towels, kitchen towels, the TV and soap for the bathroom.
There is a washing machine but you don't have even a little soap to wash. There is nothing in the kitchen (not a bit of salt or anything). Dish soap only.

Son estafadores , inescrupulosos que dejaron en la calle a mi y a mi familia por algunos euros de diferencia. Deberian clausurar este albergo. No se dejen engañar. Son peligrosos. El encargado nos trato de una forma como nunca nos han tratado en 20 años de viajes y alojamientos.
