The room was not what we saw in the photos. Very dated, shower drain was blocked, bed linen was dirty. We decided to complain to reception and they upgraded us to a “premium room”. The room was a little better, but again the bed linen was dirty and there was an unpleasant old smell. Breakfast could offer more hot meals. Definitely not a 4 star hotel as stated.

The room was very poorly insulated, I felt like I was sleeping on the street so much, I could hear everything that was happening outside. The windows could not close properly, A light remained on all night, despite the fact All the switches were off. The hotel is older and needs renovation. The accommodation environment is quite satisfactory, and many locals choose this hotel to stay. It is close to the pedestrian street and is safe nearby. You can go shopping. The hotel's breakfast, lunch and dinner are good.
