Good location, breakfast met expectations and room with facilities a little older, but clean and basic. I indicate.

Hotel with good location. But it has no convenience. old furniture, old blankets. I had to ask for towels, there weren't any in the room. Breakfast is good, but that's it.

Old building, lacks maintenance, shower water does not heat up very much, it stays only lukewarm, I had the misfortune to witness dirty water coming out of the sink tap due to maintenance on the water heating network, which even after that was not properly heated. There is a lack of training for employees to provide better service.

I liked the hotel, but it could have more chairs and loungers in the outdoor pool area, but overall the hotel is great for accommodation.

Hotel com excelência na recepção ! Fica bem no centro de Florianópolis. Quarto bem limpinho e confortável . Café da manhã bem diversificado com bolos, pudins, omeletes, molho de cachorro-quente, diversidade nos pãezinhos , tudo muito saboroso !

La ubicación en el centro de Florianópolis es fenomenal! Incluyen desayuno en el precio, lo cual también se agradece. No obstante, no hacen nada extra ya sea tu cumpleaños, tu luna de miel, etc. Para el precio pagado esta bien, salvo si eres un cliente de necesidades especiales … pues hay escalaras que no se pueden bordear.

Hotel excelente! Está em reforma e já ficamos em um andar todo novinho. Excelente café da manhã.

O hotel é um bom custo benefício, pelo valor oferece bons quartos, um café bom pelo preço dos quartos. A localização é muito boa, está bem no centro da cidade, tendo muitas lojas, farmácias, poto de gasolina, mercados e várias outras coisas próximas. Acredito que não como crítica, mais pra somar ao hotel, eles tem que dar uma diversificada no café da manhã, teria que ter uns bolos melhores, teria que ter uma confeiteiro no hotel ou uma boa padaria ou mercado fornecendo uma diversificado tipos de bolos no hotel. Os quartos que ficamos não tinha cheiro de mofo como estava nos comentários, e o prédio todo estava em reforma, então acredito que eles já resolveram essa situação, as meninas da recepção foram muito educadas porém muita demora pro chekin, demorei uns 40 minutos pra isso, não sei se era o sistema que causou a demora, a recepção é aconchegante, mais como crítica construtiva tinha só adoçante e não tinha açúcar para tomar café, e a televisão poderia estar ligada para amenizar o tempo de espera para o chekin. Resumindo o hotel oferece um bom custo benefício, e pelo preço e serviço oferecido eu com certeza voltaria a me hospedar aqui.

Tv , poucos canais, elevador sem informações do Botão e Andar, Café mesas cheia de pratos usados , faltando comidas , xicaras copos e pratos reposição Falta de informação no Telefone como saber qual ramal ligar. Estacionamento atendimento horrível e desorganizado De resto só elogio.
