The most wonderful service that I've ever had in my 40 years of NGO travel. My host, Dr. Marcus Sinclair, was attentive from the start of the booking process to the final drop-off at the airport for my departure. Polite, thoughtful and thorough, pleasant and engaging, Marcus anticipated my needs and exceeded my expectations. I felt well cared for as a senior citizen. From the airport pick-up and other transportation support throughout my 2 day stay, to the refreshing towels and bottled water at each pick-up, and ensuring that my dietary needs were fully met. The location suited my business purposes. I was very satisfied with the room: size, décor, and furnishings; including a small work station with charging ports for my multiple devices, and basic amenities that allowed me to enjoy early morning coffee under stars at my leisure. I had two very good nights sleep - firm bed and comfortable pillows. Marcus is simply a wonderful person devoted to family and community.
